Your Role:

You will maintain employee information on in global and local HR systems.
You will maintain and handle queries requiring amendment on systems.
You will ensure the HR systems are kept up to date at all times.
You will issue/ maintain various employee documentation
You will monitor probation timelines of all new hire/promoted employees, ensure managers are informed of probation end.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to comply with employment law.
You will adhere and comply with risk, confidentiality and audit requirements.
You will work closely with the Shared Services team to support on various HRSS initiatives and/or tasks as advised by the manager.

About You:

You have a degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related field.
You have HR administration experience, ideally from a financial services environment.
You have a solid understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices.
You can demonstrate consultative skills gained in a similar role.
You have a proven working knowledge of employment law and policies.
You are attentive to detail and accurate.
You have strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
You are able to be flexible, resilient, you can multitask and prioritize effectively with shifting priorities and timeframe.
You are able to work independently.
You are fluent in English and Lithuanian.
