DelfinGroup LT, UAB a leading and dynamic FinTech in Vilnius, is seeking for Team player who will support the operations and management being a cornerstone of our operation.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Supporting Facilities Manager with ordering needed supplies and dealing with suppliers
- Supporting HR team with job publication, organising flow of HR documentation
- Provide general administrative assistance, incl document accurate flow in organisation
- Research vendors and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accurate completion of tasks and projects
- Technology Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with ASANA.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Capable of handling confidential information discreetly.
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or compliance preferred.
