Were on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Avia Solutions Group Marketing Department, AKA PAN-PAN. Were searching for someone who can craft, deliver, and optimize a roster of digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels for multiple clients. This role requires a good understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, and basic SEO practices to enhance online presence by driving engagement, leads, and building brand awareness. As well as driving campaigns for Avia Solutions Group, the role will also give you the opportunity to work with numerous subsidiaries as internal clients, while we also work with external clients through our PAN-PAN agency brand.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google ads.
• Monitor and optimize live campaigns to ensure they meet the targeted performance and budget goals, perform A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate weekly and monthly digital marketing reports to track effectiveness, provide insights and recommendations.
• Conduct basic SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page optimization, and monitoring search engine rankings to provide recommendations how to improve organic search results.
• Collaborate with project managers or the content and design teams to ensure that the digital content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and updates in digital marketing to apply best practices to our strategies.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience of at least 2+ years in digital marketing, particularly with social media advertising and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail, aiming to optimize digital campaigns suggesting new approaches based on results analysis or new trends and features.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar credentials would be an advantage.
