Are you a subject matter expert in employment-related legal topics and want to impact global businesses' growth?
We are looking for a Lawyer (on part-time basis) to ensure the company's compliance with the law and perform other day-to-day legal tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare and coordinate contracts and other internal documents, ensuring compliance with local legislation
- Legal support of the company's corporate matters and processes in compliance with Lithuanian law
- Provide legal consulting on issues of civil, labour, and administrative legislation
- Negotiate with counterparties to discuss changes
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Degree in law and 5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Ability to work in a dynamic and busy environment
- Proficiency in analytical challenges
