About the Team & Business Line:

The Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) Team is seeking a Vice President who will be responsible for supervision of the central AEOI team in Vilnius and other offices, and for servicing AEOI clients globally. Reporting to the AEOI Senior Vice President, the AEOI Vice President will be responsible for coordination of AEOI services: completion of annual regulatory deliverables and ongoing client servicing, data quality reviews, team management, and process enhancements.

A varied multi-tasking role which encompasses client relationship management, investor communication, and daily internal/external stakeholder management & communication combined with all relevant and associated team supervision and administration.

Your Role:

Communicate daily with team and reporting lines; preparing and providing progress and status updates and escalating items as required.
Oversee preparation of AEOI filing analysis and other output for delivery to clients.
Review deliverables of the team and assist production where necessary.
Provide guidance to Individual Contributor-level staff.
Manage communications and ongoing relationships of AEOI clients, their investors, and other external and internal stakeholders.
Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Provide excellent service to clients via direct or indirect contact.
Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance environment as it impacts service and/or clients, including industry research and analysis as required.
Review and provide feedback on self-certifications and IRS withholding forms
Read and interpret Financial Statements in order to determine account values.
Local AEOI portal registration/de-registration, communication and trouble shooting
Research, analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies.

About You:

Degree qualified (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services)
5-7 years experience in Financial Services, with deep experience of FATCA & CRS regulations and requirements
Proven people management experience
Proven strong client relationship skills
Proven experience managing multiple projects / deliverables; excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Results driven and self-motivated
Ability to work in global teams and adapt to different communication styles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:

4100-5550 €/month gross
