Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the People Operations and Office Management teams responsible for payroll, documentation, onboarding, HRMS administration and office operations, supplies management, and facilities coordination;
- Ensure workload distribution between team members, balancing priorities, and ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services and office administrative tasks;
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary adjustments, benefits administration, and compliance with tax regulations;
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements;
- Align HR processes with legal and regulatory requirements, keeping up to date with changes and implementing necessary adjustments;
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance;
- Initiate and drive changes and projects aimed at enhancing employees' and managers' user experience with HR systems, processes, and office operations;
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
We expect you have:
- Proven experience in leading HR administration, payroll, documentation, onboarding or Office management functions;
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, legal requirements, and HRMS administration;
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including tax regulations and benefits administration;
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions;
- Proactive, problem-solving personality with hands-on mentality & customer orientation;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Great English skills, both speaking and writing;
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
