Job description

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with customized alternative solutions; 
  • Supporting customers throughout their entire user journey – from onboarding to active product usage. 
  • Serve as a product, company, and industry ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of Watalook; 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing valuable customer insights and needs; 
  • Consultation on additional products and clarification of customer needs. 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Swedish languages (at least B2 levels); 
  • Experience working with clients and understanding their needs; 
  • Excellent communication skills; 
  • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly; 
  • Familiarity with beauty industry would be an advantage.
