Job description
As Underwriter in Atradius you will be part of a competent team of specialists working with credit insurance and risk profiles in Baltic companies. You will gain a deep insight into Baltic business and international trade as our portfolio covers a wide range of exporting companies.
How we see the Risk Underwriter role:
- We offer the opportunity to develop your analytical skills to become a specialized and highly educated Underwriter.
- You will learn to analyze companies and assess credit risk and the curiosity you should possess will be triggered and help you when you ask questions, collect knowledge about the buyers and make your research to take the right decisions in terms of risk control.
- We expect you to have a couple of years of experience within the Finance, bank or credit analysis function.
Requirements
- Relevant education (accounting, finance, economics).
- Competency in financial analysis and risk evaluation.
- Experience working with B2B segment.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop.
- Sharp, intelligent, and analytic mind with attention to detail.
- Cooperative and transparent work style, asking for help when needed.
- Strong communicator with the ability to convey difficult messages in a diplomatic way.
- It is crucial for us that you speak and write fluent Lithuanian, and English that is our corporate language.
