- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as networking events, referrals, online marketing, and cold calling.
- Client Acquisition: Actively pursuing potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting them into paying clients.
- Understanding Client Needs: Conducting in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and needs.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Having a comprehensive understanding of the Leinonens services and being able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Offer Development: Creating tailored offers and presentations that address the specific needs and concerns of potential clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiating terms, pricing, and services to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintaining a well-organized pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions, and managing follow-ups to ensure a steady flow of new business.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with the accounting and advisory teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. This includes providing detailed information about client needs, expectations, and any specific requirements.
- Collaboration with sales managers from other Baltic counties: Working closely together on Pan-Baltic sales projects.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding predefined sales goals and targets set by Leinonens management.
Requirements
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge-driven, proactive personality.
- Very good English skills
