Key Account Manager will be responsible for the business result of dedicated portfolio in Lithuania establishing and maintaining long-term partnership with IVF & Hospital business fields.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive sales of IVF & Hospital Portfolio by effectively communicating the value and the appropriate use of all products in range.
· Develop and maintain proper and strong business relationships with key decision makers and other stakeholders necessary to accomplish business goals.
· Effectively execute BU segmentation and targeting strategies constantly screening environment for new high potential individual customers and new institutional opportunities.
· Develop ambitious volume forecasts for each customer based on precise insights, in depth knowledge of customers ways of working and business models in light of BU strategies and growth expectations.
· Develop, recommend and execute pricing strategies for key customers and accounts.
· Work in partnership with Customers to deliver value to the accounts customers, strive to ensure solutions are developed in tandem, to the mutual benefit of both parties.
· Ensure all plans and activities are executed in alignment with the Companys standards and all applicable local legal requirements and regulations.
Ideal Candidate could be:
· Experienced both in pharmaceuticals promotion and institutional sales, medicines and/or medical devices at least 3 years
· Proven track record of achievements in sales/institutional sales
· Proven ability to work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to details
· Entrepreneurial mindset:
o Goal oriented and persistent
o Self-demanding and self-confident
o Action oriented and restless
o Creative and enthusiastic
· Good command of English required
· Having driving license required
