As a Product Owner in Credit Process Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Strategic initiative, operating under the philosophy of treating Business Intelligence as an IT asset.

The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania or Copenhagen, Denmark.

You will:

  • Guide the squad and strategize upcoming tasks
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Support key systems used in the credit process
  • Support implementation of GRMs BI agenda
  • Ensure continuous improvements and agile behaviour
  • Engage in close collaboration with key stakeholders on development and prioritization processes, and coordinate closely with other Product Owners within and outside of the Risk Tribe
  • Capable of lead a cross-functional squad of 8-12 members

About you:

  • An educational background in finance, economics, mathematics, or IT
  • Experience in Credit Monitoring or Business Intelligence or Data Management
  • Ability to understand complex risk solutions and processes
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Your ability to set clear directions and communicate priorities to your colleagues and key stakeholders is crucial
  • Product owner experience would be advantageous
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
