Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored retention strategies using data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness across diverse customer segments.
- Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless experiences from onboarding to renewal.
- Utilize analytics tools to track behavior, identify patterns, and proactively mitigate churn risks.
- Implement personalized communication strategies to enhance customer loyalty through various channels.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align retention initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and optimize retention strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retention-focused roles, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analytic tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in mobile apps and/or e-commerce is a plus.
