Project

In this project, you would be a part of the Supportive Functions team, which takes full responsibility for the Software In the Loop (SIL) application, a faithful simulation of the hardware of the hemodialysis machine. The Simulations work on multithreads of the computer processes to simulate parallel machine processes.

By being a part of the SIL team, you will enable product software development and verification (testing) teams to advance their work by delivering hemodialysis devices into the market faster.

Work

For this position, we are looking for a person, who would develop software in Python, maintain and extend existing SIL functionalities. Depending on the tasks, knowledge of embedded systems and tools may be quite beneficial as well.

Other responsibilities would include:

Extend interfaces between C++ and Python;
Maintain Smoke Tests;
Preparation of releases;
Maintain/create documentation;
Taking care of Azure infrastructure;
Communication with different teams.

We are looking for a person with the following experience:

Software development in Python;
Experience with Azure repos;
Experience with Azure or any other ticketing system;
Knowledge of C++ (be able to read the code and navigate);
Experience with the release process;
Experience with MatLab, SmuLink, and CI also would be a plus;
Ability to freely communicate in English - written and spoken.
