What will you do?
- You will be engaged into financial analysis, business case calculation and business insights generation for daily financial steering.
- Participate in insurance market overview preparation for Financial planning & Strategy setting.
- Support Business Control & Strategy Unit in daily operations and will promote agile ways of working.
What do we expect from you?
- At least one year of study in a business or economics-related field.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian as well as English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Analytical and time management skills.
Our promise to you
- Monthly salary: 1100 € (gross) in Lithuania, €950 (gross) in Latvia, and €950 (gross) in Estonia (amount varies due to different national taxation in each country).
- Experience of an international and contemporary work environment within a leading insurance company in the Nordic & Baltic region.
- Engagement in a strong company culture, including company events, lunches with management and other inspiring initiatives.
- Job location: Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn.
- Internship period: 2-3 months.
