We combine our expertise to solve complex challenges. We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

Own and drive the testing process within a development team following Agile methodology.
Design, create, run, and maintain manual and/or automated functional and non-functional tests in a technology-agnostic approach.
Share knowledge and know-how inside and outside the team.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in multi-tier web-based applications.
Experience or a good understanding of testing within Agile development at a scale. Close collaboration with developers, project managers, and clients.
Hands-on experience in test automation.

Desirable (at least one of the below):

Hands-on experience or a good understanding of (at least one): performance testing, security testing, usability testing, and accessibility testing.
Hands-on experience with SQL.

Other expectations:

Bug prevention and fail-fast mindset.
Mindset for knowledge sharing.
Proven analytical ability, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Fluent communication in English.
Fluent communication in Lithuanian.

The salary range for this position is from 2550 EUR to 4250 EUR gross before taxes.*

*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
