What you will be entrusted with:

Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process;
Coordinating all HR processes within the company;
Handling all administrative tasks related to Human Resources;
Collaborating with managers to identify training needs and support the delivery of training programs;
Staying current on HR trends and best practices, and implementing changes and improvements as needed;
Monitoring employee progress and maintaining a positive and productive company culture.

What we expect from you:

2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager;
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law;
The ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization;
A positive attitude and a commitment to going the extra mile;
Fluent English and Lithuanian skills, both spoken and written.
