Area
Collaboration & Productivity Technology is responsible for all common technologies used by Danske Banks more than 22,000 employees. We deliver services such as e-mail, Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Online meetings & Live Events, Smart office solutions and digital signage which are all used every day to keep our organisation running smoothly.
5 people in the team located in Vilnius (except for the immediate manager based in DK), 28 overall in Collaboration & Productivity based in Lithuania, Denmark and India.
In the role, you will be responsible for contract and vendor management, risk and compliance assessments and documentation, service reporting and service management such as SLAs etc. By doing so, you will have a key role in ensuring our services meet the needs and expectations from the organisation, align with our strategic goals and are on track with critical security and compliance assessments.
You will:
- Be responsible for critical service management deliverables for our portfolio
- Be hands-on in creating and maintaining documentation such as IT security assessments, service assessments like service impact analysis and service level agreements as well as IT risk and control assessments across our services
- Act as service portfolio manager across our Collaboration & Productivity portfolio towards key stakeholders in Risk, Security, Compliance and IT Asset Management as well as towards end-users
- Work & collaborate closely with service owners of our services such as mail, collaboration services, intranet sites etc. as well as our IT portfolio architect
About you:
- High-level understanding of digital workplace technologies
- 3+ of experience in IT service management
- Bachelors degree in IT, business or related field would be considered as a valuable asset
- Understanding and experience with IT service management framework (ITIL or similar frameworks)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and platform as a platform admin, engineer or owner would be considered as a valuable asset
- Solid project management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
