Job description

Lead the international team by being the first point of contact, leading meetings, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring the growth of competencies.
Participate in creating strategies to enhance IT service management and security by identifying improvement areas, assessing risks, and collaborating with other teams to implement solutions.
Define standard processes to ensure compliance with internal company policies.
Ensure efficient global service by recognizing needs and managing stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

3+ years of previous experience in a similarly structured leadership role within a corporate environment.
Previous experience in project management and incident management.
Full proficiency in English language (both spoken and written).
Familiarity with Cisco, Jira, and Confluence technologies.
Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Solution-oriented mindset for addressing and resolving issues.
