Responsibilities
- Act as primary customer contact, promptly addressing needs and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Utilize Zendesk CRM for efficient tracking of interactions.
- Provide accurate information on myTU financial products.
- Escalate complex issues and report recurring problems to management.
- Collaborate with teams (Product Development, KYC, Monitoring, Compliance, Sales and Marketing) for seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify areas for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, proposing process or product improvements to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain professionalism in interactions.
Requirements
- High School diploma required, along with 1 year of customer service experience; financial institution experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian required; Russian knowledge a plus. Proficiency in other languages beneficial.
- Experience with customer service software and Zendesk CRM preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email/calendar management, and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
- Strong communication skills needed to convey financial concepts clearly.
- Understanding of customer service principles, including effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and dedication to excellent customer service essential.
- Good teamwork skills: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person
