Responsibilities:

Developing technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals;
Supporting the evolution of the project roadmap and guiding the dev team in advancing the project development;
Working with other team members to define and establish project objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables as applicable and aligned to the quarterly strategy;
Managing a team to build websites and sales funnel according to business requirements;
Overseeing a team of back end and front end developers;
Working with other teams to ensure effective server management and maintenance;
Overseeing technical tracking, monitoring, email, and customer communication software implementation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of IT Project Management experience or similar management role;

• Proven experience in managing technical team members, while also working hands-on to develop the technology;

• Experience with WordPres, Elementor or similar software;

• Must have strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills;

• Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and in fast-paced environments.
