In particular we specialize in embedded software for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Project

We are looking for a Scrum Master who would be championing several teams through agile ways of working. Teams and projects that the Scrum Master will be working with are within the medical domain with an aim to improve the general level of healthcare.

Work

Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Managers, and Development teams to help everyone understand Scrum principles and practice, will provide guidance on better cooperation and workload distribution. Other responsibilities would include:

Facilitate Agile ways of working in the team
Facilitate daily scrums and other team events
Encourage and support the team to be self-organized and cross-functional
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and excellence
Organize consensus and navigate the field of group decision making

For this position we are expecting you to:

Be an open-minded and flexible team player with at least 3 years' experience leading software development teams through large and complex projects, as well as:

Ability to understand business goals, processes, and challenges and help the team navigate through them
Good understanding of a software development cycles
Experience with Confluence, Jira or Azure DevOps tools
Ability to think critically and facilitate change based on team fit and the challenges they are facing
Be fluent in written and spoken English
Experience working with a team distributed across the globe
Scrum Master Certification (PSMI, PSMII) would be a big plus
