SPARK is an electric car-sharing company focused on improving everyday life by providing zero-emission, easily available, and affordable commuting. The platform provides more than 2000 car fleet and is accessible for sharing on SPARK mobile application in cities of European Union countries: Sofia, Plovdiv, Vilnius and Kaunas.
Our team is growing and we are on the lookout for a Junior retention specialist to join SPARK marketing team in Vilnius. A Junior Retention Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain customers and increase their lifetime value.
As a Junior Retention Manager you will:
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights, create segmented customer profiles and targeted offerings.
- Continuously evaluate, monitor and optimize retention actions, providing regular reports on key metrics. Use insights to make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
- Develop and implement retention campaigns using the Airship platform, including push notifications, in-app communication and emails.
- Craft compelling messages for emails, push notifications and in-app communications, ensuring that content is relevant and tailored to the audience's interests and behaviours.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and client support teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer communication.
We expect you to have:
- Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating complex spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to write messages fluently and accurately in both Lithuanian and English, ensuring clear and error-free communication.
- Solid understanding of e-mail & in-app marketing metrics and analytics tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant e-mail marketing compliance standards.
- Experience in using email marketing platforms is an advantage.

Salary for this position - 2150 EUR before taxes per month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
