I'm Mindaugas Raugalė and Im leading the Infrastructure Tools and Apps Division at Telia Lietuva. At the moment we are seeking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join us as Team Lead for Application Services.

The team is responsible for providing top-notch application services. They are working with 2 main focus areas: client applications and our shared product - call center platform. This is a role for a professional experienced in IT Operations, demonstrated ownership in IT platform management, project management and people development.  We are ready to support you, provide clear goals and tools for you to succeed and strengthen your competences.

The team focuses on delivering professional services to our customers by maintaining high-quality and efficient daily operations and development. Key focus areas include:

• Managing operations of services, and systems
• Adopting best practice tools for supported environments and processes
• Following vendor product life-cycles and adapting to customer environments
• Maintaining accurate inventory information
• Building and maintaining relationships with client representatives and vendors

As a Team Lead, you will:

• Create and implement platform development roadmaps
• Contribute to the development of new services and features
• Lead a team of skilled platform engineers
• Ensure committed SLAs are met
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners
• Manage people, balance workloads, and optimize team efficiency

Is this you?

You are a motivated, collaborative, and inspiring individual with an understanding of IT infrastructure and automation. You are eager to solve problems, deliver on project tasks, and meet availability targets. Also you are capable in people management, know how to balance workloads and control the teams efficiency.

Your Experience:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in managing operations of IT infrastructure,  applications;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing leadership skills and people management
• Experience in application development, operations, software delivery lifecycle, or infrastructure development and administration
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of configuration, automation, and CI/CD practices
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of ITIL (knowledge of Agile is an advantage)
