We expect you to

• Have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in corporate/startup environments, focusing on tech and non-tech roles
• Experience recruiting for Co-founders, Marketing, Tech, Business Development, and Product roles
• Be skilled in sourcing, assessment, and managing candidate experience
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Have excellent market knowledge and best practices
• Possess strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
• Think strategically and execute tactically
• Be innovative and focused on process improvement

Salary

Gross salary range is 2400-4000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas, Klaipeda, and Riga: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
