The Credit Analytics Transformation (CAT) Programme in Risk Analytics was launched in Sep 2022 with the purpose to deliver on Danske Banks long-term strategy. The CAT Project Management Office (PMO) drives the CAT programme. It responsible for the overall programme structure and helps ensure collaboration and communication across teams and drives progress according to timelines. We have a wide group of stakeholders from model developers and executive management to other key business areas. The PMO consists of highly skilled professionals located in both Copenhagen and Vilnius.
The position will provide you with broad exposure as well as insights and cross-organisational knowledge to Danske Bank. Your main objectives will be to support the CAT programme delivery. The tasks for programme and the role are ever evolving and you will have opportunity shape your role.
You will:
- Coordinate and facilitate programme meetings to ensure progress, collaboration and transparency across teams within the programme and towards executive management
- Plan and coordinate programme activities across the function by including relevant stakeholders to ensure right input and support to meet deadlines
- Enhance strategic decision-making – develop presentations, reports and analysis to support executive management decisions with input from stakeholders
- Enable consistency and transparency in reporting across programme streams and well as internal digital presence
- Support programme management with a range of administrative tasks (including calendar management, events and minute taking)
- Track cost, their allocation & data costs
About you:
We are looking for motivated candidate who are recognised for their interpersonal skills and ability to communicate credibly with senior management. You enjoy finding ways to communicate complex topics in a simple manner, verbally and in writing. We expect that you bring an optimistic mindset, a structured approach and that you are collaborative in problem solving and delivery of tasks.
Your background:
- 3+ years of experience from a similar position
- Planning and coordination is your DNA
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, service-minded and flexible approach to problem solving
- Take ownership and drive tasks to completion
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information
- High proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint)
- Advanced in English

Monthly salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
