What will you do?

Here at Volvo Trucks, we are looking for Fleet Junior Sales Representative. You will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

Main activities and core responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with fleet customers
Understand customer needs, preferences, and constraints
Act as a trusted advisor, provide expert guidance on selecting the most suitable trucks based on customer requirements
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business
Prepare and present transport solutions proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers
Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and sales management activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Coordinate communication between the sales team, other departments to ensure fulfilment of sales related work
Ensure contract execution and product delivery

Who are you?

Skills/Qualifications:

In this role, you will bring:

Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
A basic understanding of vehicle technology
A desire to learn and improve
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strong commercial attitudes
Strong solution-oriented and analytical thinking abilities
Dedication to customer satisfaction
Ability to take initiatives and lead them
Excellent Lithuanian and good verbal and written English language skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
