Summary:
As a member of the Global Corporate Compliance team, this is a global Compliance Analytics role that will design, implement and deliver Dexcoms Compliance Analytics Program. This role involves partnering with Regional Compliance Leads and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver analytics dashboards and robotic process automation (RPA) programs across all regions, i.e. EMEA, APAC and Americas regions

About the Role:
Compliance Analytics Program:
• You will engage with the Regional Compliance Leads to define the scope and frequency of RPAs and analytics dashboards.
• You will review the plan to confirm the scope and frequency of Compliance Analytics.
• You will work with other teams, such as IT, Finance and Legal Operations, to identify data requirements and obtain datasets, such as financial, contract, etc.
• You will analyze a large amount of structured and unstructured data from different data sources, e.g., ERP systems, contract management systems, etc.
• You will work with the vendor consultant to design and implement analytics dashboards in the IT system.
• You will partner with Global Finance teams to build the RPA programs.
•  You will utilize data analytics tools, such as Tableau, and techniques to derive meaningful insights.
• You will develop algorithms and solutions to detect, respond, preventprevent, and continually monitor areas of fraud, bribery & corruption, etc.
• You will deliver RPAs and analytics dashboards to Regional Compliance Leads for the conduct of regular Compliance monitoring.
• You will prepare dashboards for Compliance Committee and other meetings, as required.
• You will understand and keep up to date with changes to relevant regional and local laws, regulations and codes of conduct and ethics.
• You will assist with the annual compliance risk assessments and help identify compliance risks and develop and work to mitigate those risks.
• You will assist in improving the Companys compliance program, as required. 
Compliance Monitoring:
• You will assist with the execution of the annual monitoring plan by participating in compliance monitoring reviews in key risk areas, for compliance with applicable rules and regulations and compliance program effectiveness for the Company. 
• Participate in compliance monitoring reviews, as required.
• You will prepare reports outlining the outcomes of the reviews, analyse trends, and identified remediation actions, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure their timely completion.
• You will track the progress and completion of remediation actions and Key Performance Indicators.      
      
About you:
• Bachelors degree in accounting, IT, or software engineering.
• At least 7 years experience in a forensics data role for a multinational organization or a big 4 audit or consultancy firm.
• Data forensics experience in a big 4 audit firm for the life sciences industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL.
• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to explain complex analytical concepts to stakeholders from different backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a global team.
• Excellent business communication report writing skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, understanding of algorithms and appreciation of working with data.
• Must be self-directed, proactive, motivated, and a fast learner as well as work independently.
• Communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Compliance certification or willingness to obtain certification within 24 months of hire.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,768.33 to €4,433.33 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
