We are looking for a young graduate who is willing to start his career in banking industry to take a role of Junior Relationship Manager to work in the Vilnius office who will be manager of frontline relationships with business customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop frontline relationships with the customers, assisting with analysis and advising on best financing solutions.
Proactive sales of financing and daily banking products to business customers.
Credit assessment, compiling credit proposals and structuring credit facilities for corporate clients.
Monitoring the performance of contractual obligations of customers.
Achieve revenue target, loan volume, funding volume, and other business targets.
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
Preparation of the clients' KYC and updating the same on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:

University degree in Banking, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline.
Fluent in Lithuanian and English. Other languages will be considered an advantage.
Has strong motivation to learn and grow.
Have theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and financials analysis.
Willing to enhance knowledge of lending products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We will ensure that the exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience, and requirements for the corresponding job function.

Salary range: starts at minimum 1.400 EUR gross/monthly.
