The company is currently seeking for a COO in Klaipėda to lead the team and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the companys operations, driving growth, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, HR, and logistics.
Implement and manage strategies set by the CEO.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
Foster a motivated and productive team environment.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Ensure smooth and effective operational workflows.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a COO, CCO, or in a similar C-level role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members across various age groups.
Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
Experience in developing and managing systems, including the introduction of new metrics and indicators.
Strong focus on results, accuracy, and swift execution of tasks.
Proficiency in English.
