Do you enjoy providing insights and steering strategic decision-making through partnering with senior leadership? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Technology & Services Investment & Performance Management team as Senior Finance Business Partner.

We are part of CFO area with the responsibility of the financial steering for the Groups Technology & Services area, by far the largest cost centre within Danske Bank and a key driver of the newly launched Forward 28 group strategy.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our vibrant finance team and contribute to our continued progression.

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in influencing strategic decision-making processes by providing financial insights and guidance to key stakeholders within the organisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, partnering with business leaders to improve performance, optimise resource allocation, and support overall financial goals. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your analytical skills, business knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and financial expertise to make a significant impact on the organisations growth and profitability.

You will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to area leaders, providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support strategic decision-making processes
  • Build and sustain good relationships with stakeholders across different departments, influencing outcomes through clear communication and teamwork
  • Analyze financial data, prepare accurate and insightful reports, and provide recommendations to ensure cost efficiency and overall financial performance
  • Oversee the financial planning and forecasting processes, working closely with the area teams to develop and monitor budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and track performance against targets
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial models, tools, and systems to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting capabilities

About you:

  • We imagine that you have at least 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role, especially within the finance or technology industries
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, deadline-sensitive environment, coordinate multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results
  • Comprehensive business understanding and a proactive mindset, focused on bringing value and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Advanced English language skills
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems would be beneficial

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
