If You have:

Higher education in construction/engineering or other technical disciple;
3 years experience in project/maintenance area in fields of facilities/equipments;
Have managerial skills working with the team;
Very good communication and negotiation skills;
Native Lithuanian and very good English skills (at least B2);
Analytical thinking, focused and result oriented person;
Innovative and creative personality;
Driving license.

We will entrust You:

Management of technical team administrating and executing preventive and urgent maintenance activities of the company own and/or operated facilities, territories of facilities and equipment/technology devices;
Determination of strategic team direction, assessment and launching of different investments and strategic initiatives leading to efficiency;
Cost control and analysis oriented on managing and coordination of maintenance budget;
Facilities management related procurement initiation and implementation, agreements and suppliers management;
Cooperation with existing and potential lessees of the shopping centers creating efficient maintenance;
Implementation of energy saving projects (solar panels, e-charging stations, energy audits, ISO 50001);
Control interventions of used equipment stock;
