Job Summary:

Join our accomplished Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Senior Analyst. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with various departments to deliver precise financial insights, manage forecasting and budgeting, and support strategic decision-making to enhance overall business performance.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality analysis and insights into financial and accounting operations to support management.
• Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and technical departments to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Analyze financial results and monitor variances against forecasts and budgets.
• Develop and enhance financial and management reports.
• Optimize and automate reporting processes.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; proficient in MS Excel and capable of summarizing information to draw illustrative conclusions, raise questions, and propose solutions.
• Solid understanding of financial and managerial accounting principles, including IFRS.
• Experience in group reporting, consolidation, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a self-motivated attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Flexible and efficient in time management.
• Experience with Navision is an advantage.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
