Job description
The E-commerce Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various Canadian e-commerce platforms. This role includes overseeing the onboarding process, developing strategies to drive sales, managing product listings, and ensuring all requirements and guidelines of marketplace are met.
Responsibilities
Marketplace Onboarding
- Lead the onboarding process for new Canadian marketplaces, ensuring all requirements and guidelines are met.
- Set up and configure marketplace accounts, ensuring accurate and compliant product listings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary product information and assets.
Account Management
- Manage and optimize our presence on Amazon Canda, Walmart Canada, eBay Canada, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and visibility.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, addressing any issues proactively.
Sales & Marketing
- Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to boost sales on Canadian marketplaces.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Analysis
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in marketplace guidelines and adjust practices as needed.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in E-Commerce.
- Logical and analytical thinking.
- English Language – C1 Level or above.
- Good MS Excel skills.
