Job description
- Lead the SAP Security, providing user administration and authorization support across all SAP instances.
- Ensure audit and controls compliance across JMIT, integrating security best practices throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage GRC Risk Analysis for all JM SAP Systems, monitoring and mitigating security risks while ensuring control compliance.
- Manage JM security services to meet business needs, ensuring external teams adhere to standards through training and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align security controls, especially Segregation of Duties (SoD), with their requirements.
- Build strong relationships with audit teams by managing audit responses, facilitating remediations, and ensuring compliance.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely resolution of incidents/requests/changes and maintaining high service levels.
- Continuously improve security processes and systems, and take ownership of the ITGC Framework, mentoring teams on compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong knowledge of SAP Security across ECC, EWM, MDG, and BW, including GRC and IDM.
- Experience working with BAU Support teams and conducting GRC Risk Analysis.
- Experience in managing audits and implementing remediation actions.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of emerging SAP trends and technologies to guide strategy.
- Understanding of IT market trends, particularly in sustainable technology organizations.
- Ability to manage key stakeholders for decision-making and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a team player attitude, capable of handling ambiguity and overlapping priorities.
