Join us as a Business Operations Specialist, based in Vilnius!

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Support in preparation and summarizing orders from customers.
Support in tracking of stock situation at the local wholesalers and Sandoz distribution centers.
Preparation of various reports and calculations.
Preparation of performance statistics, submission of forecasts for monthly/quarterly outlook.
Support in documentation management, including customer invoices.
Preparation of market analysis based on related databases.
Manage different type of customer requests.

What youll bring to the role

Essential Requirements:

University degree
1 year experience in similar position
Ability to analyze data, attention to details
Strong Excel skills
Problem solving, collaboration, proactivity and adaptability
Time management
Very good English, Lithuanian language knowledge (both written and spoken)
Computer/IT systems literacy
