Product Master Data Specialist

We invite you to apply for the position as a Product Master Data Specialist based in Klaipeda, Lithuania. This is a new position where you will play a crucial role in renewing and updating our company's product naming structure in collaboration with our Master Data Manager in Denmark.
Responsibilities and main tasks
As a Product Master Data Specialist, you will be an integral part of our quality department, which spans across Denmark, Norway, and Lithuania. You will ensure the accuracy and consistency of our product master data, supporting various technical functions within the organization.
Your main tasks will involve maintaining and updating material master data, maintaining and updating the Bill of Materials (BOM), uploading and maintaining sales and purchase prices, conducting system maintenance of metadata and classifications, validating data to ensure accuracy, and performing overall system maintenance.
You will also be involved in development tasks such as cleaning and updating systems according to industry and compliance standards, participating in overall master data projects and contributing to achieving our goals. In time you will develop into an ERP superuser, enhancing your expertise and knowledge.
Requirements and skills for the position
We would appreciate if you have a degree within relevant field, however relevant experience and right personality for the tasks is more important. You have some years with relevant experience within a job where structure, accuracy and work in a structured manner is essential. Knowledge of master data processes and supplier management in an industrial and technical environment will be a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required. Knowledge of Nordic languages is advantageous, but it is not mandatory. You should possess strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office Excel, and be a well-established, proficient user of ERP systems.
