We are looking for:

Ability to work diligently and attentively in an international environment;
Responsiblity and quickness on their feet;
Work prioritization and deadline adherence, both in team settings and independently;
1 year experience in public procurement / employment law / contracts / public or business administration;
Fluent in English (B2 level) and Lithuanian (C1 level);
Great knowledge of Excel and Word.

You will:

Assist in public procurement by coordinating, drafting, and submitting the necessary documents;
Communicate with external partners and experts and internal teams on the preparation and submission of bids;
Assist in the preparation of contracts for the implementation of projects with partners, experts, subcontractors;
Coordinate project information within the company internal processes;
Support in the submission of the company and grant reports, timesheets;
Administer business trips;
Provide other support to the Contracts and Procurement Manager.
