We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join the Analytics team here in Vilnius, Lithuania office, to support decision-making by creating actionable metrics and extracting valuable insights from big data.
You will be responsible for:
• Develop meaningful metrics that shed light on what makes the difference.
• Build high-quality dashboards and decks to story-tell technical findings in a simple and coherent flow to non-technical managers.
• Help build, maintain, and document methodologies and data models.
• Carry out ad hoc analysis to support business cases, projects or plans.
• Identify solutions and opportunities by analyzing large data sets.
• Work with other teams to support data capturing and pipelining.
You should apply if you have:
• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex problems.
• Resilient and structured work planning; ability to perform with minimum supervision.
• Intuitive critical thinking, eager to challenge and question long-held assumptions.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on expertise in data analytics or data science.
• Fluency in SQL with solid skills in data cleansing, integration, and modeling.
• Experience in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau/Power BI.
• Familiar with the basics of quantitative analysis, algebra and statistics.
• Strong desire to learn the advanced applications of analytics in the payments industry.
