The opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Sales team.

As Sales Trainee in our Team, you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of FMCG Retail business. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Marketing Departments. You will carry out the daily activities related to Sales Planning, Sales Operation, Logistic and Customer Service.

This role will suit a person looking to work 20 hours a week. Preferred work from the office.

If you are:

· a Bachelors Degree student (min. 3 year) or fresh graduate in STEM, Business, Economics or another related field,

· a proficient English speaker,

· a good user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI

· an always curious person with analytical skills,

· team player, can do attitude, learning on the fly, creative, proactive

Your responsibilities will also include:

· Regular update assortment files

· Manage AR/AP: upload/match invoices and credit notes, monitor/review/adjust/close accruals

· Coordinate and manage product cards to retailers, support masterdata housekeeping process

· Learn and prepare sales analysis via Power BI

· Monitor weekly retailers stocks levels

· Support KAMs on the daily basis
