We're looking for an enthusiastic and independent Sales Representative (as a contractor/freelancer), in Lithuania. We need an experienced sales representative to start offering Erply's product range, find customers, understand the needs of the market and start selling the products and solutions that are actually needed.

Responsibilities:

Get to know Erply products and conduct thorough research in Lithuanian market, to identify trends, customer needs and potential opportunities
Create and implement effective sales strategies to enter Lithuanian market and maximize business growth
Engage in prospecting through various channels, to generate leads and qualify potential customers, such as email, phone, cold calls, and social media
Work with other team members to execute strategies and contribute to the overall success of the business
Attend different conferences and applicable events to find new clients and possible partners

Requirements:

Proficiency in Lithuanian, both written and oral, and fluency in English (at least B2 level)
Experience in B2B sales in SaaS or related fields, including cold calling
Ability to commute to various work locations using a personal vehicle
A growth mindset and strong communication skills
Keen to learn and help improve our sales process

Nice to have:

Previous training in consultative and value-based selling
Experience using Erply products, services
Experience with and comfortable using CRM and leads tools
