Every day, You will be #closer and:

• Be responsible for products end-to-end lifecycle and process design in pension product area;
• Coordinate between IT development and projects, compliance requirements and business objectives;
• Lead cross-funcional business initiatives, addressing both front-office and back-office needs in pension product area;
• Initiate and drive new products development and launch;
• Communicate new ideas to diverse stakeholders;
• Act as the product owner representative in IT projects;
• Work with IT colleagues to maintain systems from the product owners perspective;
• Ensure products comply with legal requirements and manage regulatory obligations.

To be #closer, You will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, IT, or a related discipline;
• Over 3 years of experience in product management within the financial sector, fintechs, or startups;
• Proven knowledge of Lithuanian pension products;
• Fluency in English is crucial for both spoken and written communication;
• Willing to take on responsibilities with excellent teamwork and communication abilities;
• Adaptable in adjusting priorities and strategies in response to changing market demands or feedback;
• Possess critical thinking, analytical skills, and a focus on problem-solving.

• Compensation. The specific salary will depend on work experience and competencies, so we only indicate a possible range: from 2900 to 4680 EUR before taxes.
