Vacancy: FP&A Senior Analyst
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

As a FP&A Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance, to drive the best possible financial outcomes for the organisation to ensure growth in revenue and margin.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to financial guidelines and accounting standards.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, enabling decisions and actions for optimal financial outcomes.
- Support the business in driving and improving performance through first-line analysis and identifying necessary changes.
- Prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders, highlighting financial performance, trends, and potential risks.
- Participate in developing data modelling templates and providing financial analysis and insights to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives, providing financial expertise and support for process optimization, risk management, and enhanced financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Requirements for the role:
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field, with a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Experience in a similar industry, demonstrating strong financial, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent English speaker with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management, together with proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Possesses self-awareness, relationship-building skills, high integrity, accuracy, and the ability to build trust through provided analysis.
- Proactive, uses own initiative, and is a lateral thinker who can spot connections from various sources.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology and experience as a management accountant would be considered advantageous.
