Vacancy: Business Change Specialist

As a Business Change Analyst, you will plan and deliver business change for JMGS improvement projects, ensuring support for change, learning and communications to drive effective readiness and adoption of changes to structures, processes, ways of working and tools
Work with JMGS teams to prepare and equip JMGS colleagues in Lithuania and India, as well as global service users, for changes to processes and ways of working to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of JMGS service delivery and increase service adoption and usage. Measure and report success metrics to support the JMGS business case.
The following are the typical activities that the role holder will perform for each delivery project requiring change support. The type and level of change activities for each project will depend on the nature, scope and scale of the change and specific activities. This will be defined in the Business Change Approach & Plan for each project and agreed with Project Leadership.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and integrating the business change section into the project plan, defining change, communications, and learning activities.
- Ensure change activities are embedded into the project approach, using workshops for impact assessment and building awareness of changes.
- Present and align the Business Change Approach with the Business Enablement Framework, ensuring visible sponsorship and support from leadership.
- Work with the Change Lead and Communications team to maintain and evolve scalable change components, such as learning curricula, communications, and impact tracking templates.
- Guide project teams in planning and delivering change activities, conducting impact assessments, readiness assessments, and developing action trackers for mitigating impacts.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change, providing updates, managing risks, and maintaining relationships with key change-related stakeholders.
Requirements for the role:
- Knowledge of best practices in business change, culture change, communications, leadership, organisation design, and learning, with experience in IT-enabled transformation and global shared services.
- Proficiency in planning and managing business and people change across diverse populations, geographies, and cultures, including experience in project management and matrix models.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of an organisation, particularly during major operational changes, and proficiency in creating materials to support business change.
- Strong skills in communication, active listening, and the ability to convey concepts clearly to various audiences using different materials and media.
- Proven ability to build trust, maintain effective relationships, and work both independently and within a team to achieve business and team goals.
- Demonstrates adaptability, proactive action-taking, and accountability for completing tasks on time while maintaining high work standards.
