Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Review and analyze sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team in after-sales operations to achieve targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
International Trade Management:
- Oversee all aspects of international trade, including import/export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Manage relationships with international suppliers, logistics providers, and customs brokers.
Timeline Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project timelines to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address project challenges.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage customer relationships, including handling inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the collection of payments and manage cash flow.
Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate with dairy factories to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage the booking of vessels and shipments to optimize transportation costs.
- Oversee private brand artwork and packaging management.
- Optimize inventory levels and transportation costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with the companys budget.
- Prioritize payments based on cash flow constraints.
- Manage budgets to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
Claims Management (Quality/Damages):
- Handle claims related to product quality or damages during shipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for claims processing.
- Analyze claims and determine the best solutions.
- Manage claims with suppliers and buyers effectively.
Logistics Management:
- Oversee vessel bookings for shipments managed by the operations (OPS) team.
- Monitor transit times and shipment movements through the OPS team.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to buyers.
