Where you come in:
Data Analysis & Visualization:
- Utilize Python to clean, process, and analyze large datasets from clinical trials.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring clinical trial progress, ensuring real-time data availability for stakeholders.
- Create visualizations and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
Financial Management:
- Work with the finance team to track resourcing headcount and planning.
- Partner with the Clinical Affairs leadership to remain current with labor supply and demand.
- Collaborate with Program Management to collect budget scenarios and develop financial KPIs.
- Ensure accurate financial tracking of clinical research projects, including managing budgets and expenses.
- Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
Headcount Tracking & Resource Management:
- Track and manage headcount across various clinical research projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Develop centralized method to manage FTE & Contingent labor force and manage conversion / extensions.
- Collaborate with HR and project managers to align staffing needs with project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and report on team productivity and workload distribution.
UX/UI Design:
- Collaborate with the software development team to enhance the user experience of internal tools and systems used in clinical research.
- Provide input on the design and functionality of data collection platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the needs of research staff.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and improvements. Experience in the following preferred:
- Python
- Javascript
- React
- Angular
- Node JS
- D3
- HTML
- CSS
- Chrome Developer Tools
- Version Control
- UI/UX experience
What makes you successful:
- 3+ years experience working in clinical research and knowledge of clinical trial design and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate results and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with continuous glucose monitoring devices and diabetes management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in headcount tracking and resource management.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
