We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Financial Controller to join our company. As a Business Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting within the group. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, optimizing processes, and supporting business decisions across countries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a strong background in finance and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Work location: Vilnius office

Your responsibilities:

Conduct financial assessments, forecasts, and budget planning, offering well-supported insights and suggestions
Compile and deliver financial reports
Take part in the month-end and year-end closing activities
Track financial performance, identifying areas for enhancement and driving improvements
Establish and sustain strong internal controls, coordinate external audits, and ensure their timely completion
Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee tax submissions in collaboration with external tax consultants
Oversee the consolidation of financial data from various business units or subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the organization's financial results
Plan and manage the activities of the finance and accounting team
Work closely with colleagues to understand their financial requirements and deliver strategic advice

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Experience as a Financial Controller, Group Controller, or a similar role
Extensive understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting practices, with hands-on experience in consolidation processes
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in using financial analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
Fluent in both Lithuanian and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to exhibit high levels of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
