Area

Our squad focuses on making software development better, safer, and easier. In current popular terms, we are enhancing the developer experience.

We concentrate on several key areas:

First, we develop internal tools that help us create reliable and maintainable software. Alongside our custom solutions, we integrate well-known industry tools like SonarQube to ensure our developers have a smooth experience.

Second, we prioritize various automation processes. This includes everything from test automation to making CI/CD processes efficient and reliable.

Third, we directly provide quality of life services for mobile banking app users. These services include easy reporting of technical problems, forcing the app to update when required, provide feature toggling capabilities to assure stable and fault-tolerant application. On average, our services take over 300,000 requests daily.

All this work directly impacts more than 300 developers and over 5 million app users across our platform daily.

We are seeking a creative and motivated individual who is willing to constantly learn new things, is cooperative, and kind. Our squad thrives on trust and mutual support, helping each member succeed. You will join two other developers in Vilnius, Lithuania, and other squad members who are co-located across Denmark and India. You will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Work with a modern tech stack including C#, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, AWS, and so on
  • Together with the team, implement various ideas and feature requests for our services and introduce new industry leading technologies to our platform
  • Maintain existing systems (but dont worry, there are plenty of opportunities to upgrade our tools also!)
  • Be free to drive new processes and improve old ones to help us ensure an easier life for all our platform users and assure that users of the mobile banking app have trouble-free experience
  • Guide other developers and contributing squads towards greater efficiency and higher software quality

About you:

  • Ideally, at least 3 years of experience working in the IT industry
  • Technical expertise in an object-oriented programming language (preferably C# as it is the language that we develop in, but others will suffice)
  • A great collaborator as our squads nature requires it, and we hope you can fluently coordinate work with various stakeholders
  • Experience with CI/CD tools is a bonus, with a preference for Azure DevOps
  • A BS/MS degree in computer science or a similar field of study would be a bonus but is not mandatory
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

Just a heads up, we dont expect you to meet all these criteria. If you are motivated and willing to learn new things constantly, wed gladly have you in our squad!

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3480 EUR to 5220 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
