- Define, monitor, and control sales performance indicators for the local sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and overall company objectives.
- Oversee and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning in the market while maintaining profitability across the value chain.
- Establish and evaluate marketing performance metrics, ensuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns in achieving brand and business goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to brand managers, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Lead negotiations and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand owners, ensuring mutual success and the alignment of brand strategies.
- Regularly review and manage the P&L statements at the company, product, and client levels with the local teams to ensure financial health and optimal performance.
To be successful you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of successful market strategies and brand development.
- Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent communication skills (C1 level).
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, financial data, and performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making.
- Extensive experience in brand building, with a history of successful brand positioning and development in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of sales KPIs and the ability to translate these into actionable strategies for the local sales team.
