Job description
With the growth of on-going business and expanding pipeline of potential investments, Lords LB Asset Management is looking for an investment analyst to strengthen their team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial analysis and preparing bespoke financial models for large scale projects as well as impactfully supporting with overall project management and investment decisions.
- Preparing transaction deliverables, including marketing documentation, corporate summaries, pitches/proposals, and investor reports.
- Working hand in hand with external valuators to accurately assess the fair value of investments on books.
- Supporting Fund Managers and finance teams in our investments, incl. budgeting, forecasting and consolidation of portfolio reporting.
- Other ad-hock duties including maintaining/developing financial models, data and reports.
Requirements
- High proficiency with financial modeling and techniques.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (spoken and written).
- Curiosity, conscientiousness, and integrity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
