- Develop and execute fundraising strategies; ensure transparent financial reporting and effective cost management.

Requirements
- Proven success at the C-level managerial role in a FinTech of financial institution.
- Demonstrated experience managing the complexities of crypto markets, including a deep understanding of blockchain technologies and the evolving regulatory environment.
- Expertise in interpreting and managing complex financial reports, balance sheets, and investment portfolios.
- Strong focus on maximizing growth trajectory, including experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and capital management.
- Proven ability to engage and energize a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, employees, and external partners.
- Track record of leading organizations through change, developing long-term plans while achieving short-term objectives.
- Ability to lead product innovation, develop operational strategies, and enhance performance across different functions of the business.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-risk/high-reward environment, with a focus on fostering innovation and driving continuous growth.
- Good written and verbal Russian language skills.
